Personalized Survey Experience

Businesses using Confirmit can personalize the survey experience for their respondents through use of existing profile information or answers to questions earlier in the survey.

You can derive information to personalize the survey experience from one of the following sources:
  • CRM system or customer database
  • HR system or employee database
  • Panel Management system (e.g. Confirmit Community Panel)
  • Any other database with information about the respondents
The information can be used to personalize (1) the way respondents are greeted, (2) the way questions are phrased, and (3) the questions presented to the respondent.

Advanced survey logic where questions appear based on previous answers can also make the survey experience personalized.
